MovementLink’s Free Run Club - Thursdays @ 7:30 AM and Saturdays @ 6 AM

Current Cycle: Austin Marathon and 1/2 Marathon Running Program

MovementLink provides a full training prep program:

Mondays: Lower Body Class

Tuesdays: Class (which includes running)

Wednesdays: Upper Body Class

Thursdays: Lower Body Class or Replace Class with the Moderate Run from Table Below (Optional)

Fridays: Take it easy in Class or Rest

Saturdays: Replace Class with the Long Run or Time Trial from Table Below

Sundays: Recovery Class or Rest
