Marathon and 1/2 Marathon Running + Functional Fitness Cross-Training Program

Mondays: Lower Body Class

Tuesdays: Class (which includes running)

Wednesdays: Upper Body Class

Thursdays: Lower Body Class or Replace Class with the Moderate Run from Table Below (Optional)

Fridays: Take it easy in Class or Rest

Saturdays: Replace Class with the Long Run or Time Trial from Table Below

Sundays: Recovery Class or Rest

Example: 12 Weeks Leading into a Marathon (Note: You can cut runs in half for a half marathon training plan)
