*Scale burpees as needed; they should take no more than 30 seconds each round.

10 DB One-arm Snatches (Light)
6 DB One-arm* Overhead Lunges
AMRAP DB One-arm* Front Squats

*Alternate Arms Each Round

Then, C)
8 x 1min Rounds
8 Burpees*
AMRAP Bounding Box Jumps (Onto 1, 2, or 3 x 45lb Bumper Plates)

Then, D)
8 x 1min Rounds
6 DB One-arm Snatches (Heavy)
6 DB One-arm* Overhead Lunges
