45sec Double DB Split Stance Isometric Farmers Hold** (Same DBs as Strict Presses)

*1min30sec or 1 Hard Set - 2 RIR, whichever happens first. If 2 RIR, Rest with Remaining time in round.

**Holding dumbbells in hands at your sides, take a split stance like a split jerk receiving position.
Squeeze glute of trailing leg.
Straighten out back leg.
Lift the heel of the front leg.
Hold for 45 sec, then switch legs and repeat
