Section 1

5 x 1min30sec Rounds FIIT (1min Rest)
3 Max Height Jumps
10 DB Alternating One-arm Squat Cleans (Heavy)
AMRAP Lateral Burpees


Section 2

3 x Hard* Sets on Each Leg (Using 6 x 2min Rounds)
Back Rack Split Squats or Back Rack Lunges

*Hard = 3 RIR (Reps in Reserve)

Shoot for 10-20 reps in set 1.

Record Weight for reference for each Monday of this 4 week cycle.
Note: The last two weeks have been bulgarian split squats, and we are changing the variation for the last two weeks of this cycle allowing potentially for increased weights or reps.
