Welcome to the 7-Day MovementLink Snatch Program!

Below you will find each days’ workout.

This program is designed to be able to be done 7 days in a row, but also with the understanding that it is unlikely 7 days in a row fits most peoples’ schedules, so you can complete the 7 days of workouts on whatever schedule fits best as long as you go in order. A minimum of 2-3 of these workouts per week should be the goal. These workouts would work well either before your regular workout or as the morning session of a 2-a-day schedule.
