Hip-hang Snatch + Snatch
8 Sets of 1+1 (55%+)

*Start around 55% of your snatch max. Go up in weight by about 5% of your snatch max after sets that look and feel good.

 

 

Next Steps

I highly recommend repeating this series of skill workout 3-4 times. You’ll pick up on things you missed the first time(s) around and hone the craft. From there go on a cycle working from the hip, then a cycle working from the hang, and then a cycle putting it all together from the floor. Enjoy!
