12* Burpee Box Jumps (Very Low)
20 DB One-arm Alternating Snatches (Heavy)


*There is a 90sec time cap on your first 12 Burpee Box Jumps. Don't sprint, just go at a steady pace, but however many you finish in that first 90 seconds will be the number your use for the whole workout.
