10 Double DB Front Squats (Heavy)
20 Burpees
80 Double Unders* or 40 Bounding Jumps On & Off Bumper Plates

*If you mess up 3 times, finish remaining DUs with Single Unders


Section 2

6 x 2min30sec Rounds
Hard* Set Cossac Squats**

*Hard = 4 RIR, with our first set having total reps between 10 and 20. Adjust weight and variations as needed.
**Each round, only lunge towards one leg. Alternate which leg you use each round.
