12-24 Push-ups (50% of a Max Set)
24 Box Jumps (Low, Step Down)
5sec Max Effort Air Bike Sprint*

*Take a few seconds to ramp up your pace a bit on the Air Bike before you do your 5sec sprint.


Section 2

3 x Hard* Supersets
a. Double DB Bench Presses
b. Double DB Bent-over Rows
c. Banded AbMat Sit-ups

*Hard = 2 RIR (Reps in Reserve)
Shoot for 10-20 reps in set 1
