Come join us for a Ruck and Sandbag workout that also explores the incredible areas of Austin, TX near Zilker Park, the Hike and Bike Trail, the Barton Creek Greenbelt, and Barton Springs!!!

Start and Finish Location: The Monkey Tree by Barton Springs in Zilker Park
What to bring and what to know:
Most people will be wearing rucks. The recommend weight is 50lb/35lb for extremely advanced ruckers, 30lb/20lb for experienced ruckers, and 15/10 for non-experienced ruckers. Shop Rucks
Some bring their sandbags just in case, but Kyle will have a variety of sandbags for the group.
Wear workout clothes and shoes capable of trail running and getting wet/muddy.
Bring plenty of water and any nutrition you feel like you need.
You may get wet and/or muddy, so prepare for getting back in your car afterwards.
These workouts are designed to challenge any fitness level as long as you’re willing to try.
