As humans, we need to seek and embrace nee challenges to grow. Whether you are training for the upcoming Spartan Beast, general fitness, or just looking for a challenge, you should be surrounded by people who also embrace new challenges.

Part 1: 4-Mile Group Run
As a group, we will do a 4-mile jog. Don’t worry about the jog pace being too slow or too fast. This event is designed to challenge all levels and is not just about Part 1. Part 1 will accommodate everyone in the group.
Part 2: 4-Mile Group Sandbag Carry
There will be an assortment of different sized sandbags for the group to share. There will be less than 1 sandbag per person, so the group will trade off and take turns carrying sandbags. You can carry a sandbag as much or as little as you want and can choose the weight you carry. This will be a team effort.
Part 3 (Optional): 4-Mile Solo Run
Part 3 if for those who are really looking for a challenging day. After the group stuff, it’s time to see what you can do on your own. Following the same 4-mile route, at your own pace, you’ll complete one more 4-mile run.
The Route:
Don’t worry about memorizing the route. We will do it twice as a group and the route is pretty straight forward as two major roads can be used as landmarks.
