Ideal Equipment:

2 x Heavy* Dumbbells
Pull-up Bar
Jump Rope

Every workout has options to scale down to just a single dumbbell, kettlebell, or ruck with no other equipment needed.

*”Heavy” would mean 40-50lb/25-35lb for advanced men/women.
Intermediate: 30-40lb/20-25lb
Beginner: 20-30lb/10-20lb
