12 KB Swings (Heavy)
24 AbMat Sit-ups

2min Rest Before Starting Next Round
*Accumulate 3 get-ups with dumbbell on each shoulder. If DB is on right shoulder, step-up with rigth leg.
**Round 1: 100m Run
Round 2: 200m Run
Round 3: 300m Run
If you have above a 10min Best Mile, finish workout with 300s, else
Round 4: 400m Run
