10 x 40sec Rounds FIIT (20sec Rest)
5* Burpees
With Remaining Time in Each 40sec Round, AMRAP
KB One-arm** Russian Swings (Heavy)

*Your burpees should take no longer than 15 seconds in each of the first 3 rounds. Scale burpee reps down as needed.

**Alternate which arm you use each round.
