Movement Test: Stiff-legged Hip Hinge

The glutes play a key role in the flexibility of your posterior chain and connect the bottom of your feet, your calves, your hamstrings, and back through fascial lines. Glutes can be a limiting factor on your stiff-legged hip hinge and also can be the root cause of other issues up or down the chain like plantar fasciitis of a foot.
