• Free for 2x, 3x, unlimited members, punch card holders, and trial week members!

Additional Information

• We require that you shower at the gym (we have 2 private showers) before getting into the ice bath, so bring a towel and anything else you need.

• We require you wear a swim suit or something similar.

• Please bring with you 20-ish pounds of ice to contribute to the cooler of ice we’ll use.

• You will have an individual turn and will be allotted up to 3 minutes in the ice bath.
