If you are following the MovementLink Marathon Prep cycle and are running in the full Austin Marathon, the 3M Half Marathon is a training run that can be included in your workout plan or you can complete your own half marathon that weekend. If instead you’re building to the half marathon in February, then you’ll have a different distance scheduled for this day as part of the training plan.
