Virtual Classes Have Ended as People Are Back in the Gym!!!
There is now a Dumbbell Workout Cycle being Updated Weekly that is essentially the workout program with all the different options Virtual Class was following.
Required Equipment:
For the virtual classes, we modify the workout of the day from Outsiders Barbell. To modify, at a minimum, you need at least a backpack with weight (a ruck), a kettlebell, or a dumbbell.

These programs provide scaling and equipment Substitutions down to only needing a single dumbbell, kettlebell, or ruck sack incase you are at home with limited equipment and don’t have access to a full gym.
