Forearm Barbell Smash

With a barbell on a squat rack, place your forearm on the barbell. You can smash the forearm and you can pin down the forearm while you flex and extend your wrists.

Forearm Double Lacrosse Ball Smash

With one lacrosse ball on the ground, place your forearm on the ball and use your other hand to press a second lacrosse ball on top of your forearm. You can smash the forearm and you can pin down the forearm while you flex and extend your wrists.

Forearm Knee Smash

Kneeling down, place your forearm on the ground and put your knee on top of your forearm. You can smash the forearm and you can pin down the forearm while you flex and extend your wrists.
