My goal is to have a profound and positive impact on as many people as possible. Optimizing technique is not only necessary to avoid nagging aches and pains, but vital to developing a foundation of quality movement that maximizes performance. Like everything we do in the gym, once you can see the connection between exercises in the gym and the real world, your training is able to boost everything you do.

Beginner or advanced, for both the C-Kip Pull-up and the Butterfly Kipping Pull-ups, it’s time you leveled up your pull-up skills. With proper core and shoulder positioning the kipping pull-up can be an extremely effective tool for adding intensity to your workouts while developing a real-world skill…as long as you understand how to transfer it. Back in the day my max unbroken kipping pull-up number went from 40 to 70, not by getting stronger, but by simply learning and working on my technique. Regardless of your level, as long as you can perform 1 strict pull-up, I want to level-up your kipping!
