Vacations can be some of some of the largest contributors to weight gain, so having some support to mitigate all or some of that could be a huge benefit. Each 1-on-1 meeting can be done via Zoom or a phone call and any group seminars will be available via Zoom and recorded, so you won’t miss a thing.
