Are you training for the Austin Marathon, Austin Half Marathon, or just interested in a running program that also builds functional strength and mobility? MovementLink Gym has you covered!
Starting Oct 31, MovementLink kicks off its 16-week Marathon Prep Cycle! Workouts will be provided for both our class settings and our run progression cycle that will ensure your ready for your event!
Mondays- Lower Body Class
Tuesdays - Cardio + Run Class
Wednesdays - Upper Body Class
Thursdays - Run
Fridays - Rest or Cardio Class
Saturdays - Run
Sundays - Recovery Class
Running is great, but if you want to enjoy EVERYTHING life has to offer, a functional fitness program is critical.
