Ultimately, our goal is to be fit for life, both in the duration of our life and in the kind of life we want to live. To be capable of participating in anything we are or may become interested in and resilient to losing that ability requires:
Functional Ability- we want to be able to walk long distances, maybe carrying a backpack, pick up heavy things and carry them up and down stairs or on challenging terrain, get on and off the floor easily, and participate in anything physical that we may become interested in. We want the option of saying saying, “YES” to anything we may be interested in.
Healthy Body Composition - we want to have a healthy level of body fat and beyond adequate and balanced muscle mass and bone density.
Tissue & Joint Health - we want to be pain free and capable of moving our body through full ranges of motion.
Overall Health & Wellness - we want to feel good about our physical, mental, and social wellbeing as well as have objectively good measurements of health.
Our group classes are centered around delivering these results, results that make us fit for life, both in duration and the kind we want to live.

There are two way to try us out for free:
Free Trial Class - allowing you to jump right and and get a feel for what our small group classes are like.
Free Intro Session - check out our training facility, discuss goals, past workout experiences, learn what makes the MovementLink Method unique and effective, and see why we have the amazing reputation we have. In the intro, you will be introduced to our methods and taken through a short workout.

Step 2
$35 Trial Week
After your first free session, we offer a trial week that allows you to attend as many classes as you’d like to give you a chance to really experience what we are all about.
We understand the realities of your real life and are not trying to cram you into our program. Over time, our coaches will learn your fitness background, your current fitness level, and why you are in the gym, and, whatever your goals, will provide you the best workout possible, customized specifically for you!

It’s time to jump in and get to work. You can cancel anytime for any reason and we’ll even freeze your account for free if you are traveling! The MovementLink Coaches will get to know you, your goals, and will go all-in with you to customize your workout experience and your results!
