We have a very unique high-intensity functional fitness program at the MovementLink Gym that his highly customizable to your specific goals and interests. We highly recommend all new potential members start with a free intro session. This enables individuals to meet the coaches, check out our training facility, discuss goals, past workout experiences, learn what makes the MovementLink Method so effective, and see why we have the amazing reputation we have. Each session is approximately an hour long, ending with an instructor led workout that will be customized to any fitness level and ability. Step 2

Register for a Free Class or a Free Intro Session

With your previous experience, you have the option of just jumping into a free class or coming to an intro session with a coach to tour our gym, chat about your goals, talk about the gym’s program, and get a feel for our culture.

We understand the realities of your real life and are not trying to cram you into our program. We learn your fitness background, your current fitness level, and why you are in the gym, and, whatever your goals, our coaches provide you the best workout possible, customized specifically for you!

Get into a Routine, Trust the Process, and Reap the Benefits!

It’s time to jump in and get to work. You can cancel anytime for any reason and we’ll even freeze your account for free if you are traveling! The MovementLink Coaches will get to know you, your goals, and will go all-in with you to customize your workout experience and your results!
